Our Top 4 All-Natural Beauty Tips

It's so easy to spend an absolute fortune on fancy beauty products, which, even at the best of times, are packed with chemicals. Considering that the skin is the body's largest organ, absorbing around 60% of what we apply to it, it's important that we choose our beauty products carefully. With this in mind, we'd like to share our top 4 all-natural beauty tips with you guys, and the best part is, you'll probably already have most of these ingredients in your kitchen! 

Raw Honey 

Raw honey can do wonders for your skin thanks to it's antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It will leave your skin feeling super soft and clean, and if you suffer from acne or blemishes, it will noticeably reduce any irritation and redness. Make sure you use raw honey as opposed to any pasteurised supermarket versions, as these tend to not boast the same benefits as raw honey does. 

How to useSimply spread 1-2 teaspoons of raw honey on clean and dry skin, leaving it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. 

Coconut Oil 

Coconut oil is an incredible ingredient, its uses are absolutely endless! Thanks to its creamy texture, it serves as a beautifully fragrant body moisturiser. We love to add in a few drops of either lavender or peppermint essential oil to ours, leaving our skin smelling extra delicious. 

How to use: Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to a jar of coconut oil, and apply directly to warm skin after your bath or shower. 


Rich in vitamin E, avocados can really revitalise and nourish your hair, making an awesome conditioning hair mask. 

How to use: To create a super hydrating hair mask, mix one mashed avocado with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, either by hand or in a food processor. Apply the mask evenly to damp hair, pop on a shower cap, and leave the mask to work its magic for about 20 minutes, before rinsing and washing your hair as normal. 


Ground coffee can be used to make a brilliant body scrub that will leave your skin feeling smooth and firm. In addition to smelling glorious, coffee scrubs are also known to reduce the appearance of cellulite when used regularly - double win! 

How to use: Mix 1 cup of ground coffee with 4 tablespoons of coconut oil. You can also add in a few drops of essential oil to make your scrub even more sweet smelling. For optimum results use 1-2 times a week.
