Recipe: Raw Vegan Easter Eggs

Easter is known to be an indulgent holiday. With supermarket shelves stacked to the brim with chocolate Easter eggs and sweet treats, sometimes it can be difficult to find a healthy alternative. So, we decided to whip up these gorgeously rich Raw Vegan Easter Eggs. They take minutes to make and are amazingly healthy! We've used our Energise Superfood Blend in this recipe as the maca adds an awesome hint of chocolatey deliciousness!

  • 1 cup of cashew nuts
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 3/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup pitted medjool dates
  • 2 teaspoons of LoveRaw Energise Blend
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  1. Start by blitzing the almonds and cashews in a mixer until a nutty powder is formed.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend everything together until you're left with a nice sticky mixture.
  3. Roll tiny handfuls of your mixture into little Easter eggs.
  4. Optional: add two little goji berries to the tops of your eggs for bunny ears!
  5. Enjoy!

Happy Easter! We hope you guys have a lovely and relaxing long weekend off!

Lots of love,

Team LoveRaw
