Recipe: Food Booster Cacao Mylkshake

The best part about pursing a healthier lifestyle? You're forced to be creative in the kitchen. If you're determined and imaginative enough, you can pretty much re-create a healthy alternative to any indulgent not-so-healthy treat. Traditionally, chocolate milkshakes are loaded with dairy, sugar and fat. Our version, however, is packed with superfoods, protein and vitamins, so you can just sip on this bad boy all day long with the knowledge that you are nourishing that wonderful body of yours. Let's shake this sh*t up!  

This recipe serves one. 


  • 1 x banana 
  • 1 x small handful of cashew nuts 
  • 1 cup of water (feel free to add more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothies) 
  • 1-2 medjool dates depending on how sweet you like it (we just added 1) 
  • 1 teaspoon of LoveRaw Energise Blend 
  • 1 teaspoon of Raw Cacao powder 
  • Optional: a sprinkle of raw cacao nibs and goji berries for decorative purposes 


  1. Add all of the ingredients into your smoothie maker and blitz!
  2. Garnish with raw cacao nibs & goji berries. 
  3. Serve & enjoy! :)

Great and yummy recipe especially for the skinny people ;) I am also consuming Organic Superfoods to stay fit and healthy and it is really working :)
