Start the day right with our creamy overnight oats - Perfect recipe for all the chocolate and peanut butter lovers out there!
Letting the oats and chia seeds soak overnight saves time in the morning and gives your breakfast the certain something!
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of good quality Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of LoveRaw’s Energise Food Booster
  • 1 ½ cup Hazelnut M*lk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • Fruits and seeds to decorate (Strawberries, Cacao nibs & Hazelnuts)
Instructions
  • Mix together the oats, chia seeds, hazelnut m*lk, Energise powder into a bowl.
  • Pour into a sealed mason jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Chop the banana and add to a frying pan with coconut sugar cook for ⅔ minutes on each side until caramelized.
  • Mix peanut butter into the overnight oats
  • Decorate with the caramelised bananas and additional fruit and seeds.
  • VOILA!

Pancakes are a classic treat for breakfast (or dessert!) and we think nothing goes with them more perfectly than our fruity, chocolatey, Energise blend. It will help keep you fuelled more than a boring old regular pancake, and our gluten free twist on the recipe means that almost anyone can enjoy them! Why not garnish with some fruit for an extra-tasty health boost?

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup buckwheat flour (or another choice of gluten free flour)
  • 1 small over ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp LoveRaw's 'Energise Food Booster' powder
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (to heat in the pan)
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  • In a medium bowl mash the small banana, then add the wet ingredients and mix together
  • Add the buckwheat flour, the Energising blend, and baking powder, and mix together
  • Leave in the fridge for around 5/10 minutes. This helps to thicken the batter
  • Place a large pan on a medium - high heat, with a tsp of coconut oil, then pour small circles of pancake batter to make your pancakes
  • Once the pancakes start to show little bubbles it means they are ready to flip, so gently turn them over
  • Once they have cooked on both sides, serve with more slices of banana (or your own choice of topping) and drizzle with maple syrup!

Like porridge, granola is great at giving you a long lasting energy kick rather than a quick rush. Your day is a marathon, not a sprint - right? So what better way to fuel it than to add a scoop of our Energise blend to your granola to make sure you’re really ready to rock? It also adds a subtle chocolatey, fruity flavour that goes perfectly with the oats and sweet syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • ⅓ cup almonds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Energise Mix
  • 3 tbsp buckwheat groats

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180˚ and lightly grease a baking tray with melted coconut oil
  • In a large bowl simply mix all of the ingredients together ensuring the maple syrup has covered everything
  • Spread the mix evenly on the baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes
  • After the 15 minutes turn the oven temperature down to 150˚ and place back in the oven for 5 minute intervals. Mix the granola at each interval to ensure an even bake.
  • Bake in total for 45 minutes (it may need an extra 10 minutes depending on your oven to make it perfectly crunchy!)
  • Spread over your morning porridge, serve in a bowl with your choice of milk, or simply nibble as a snack!

The great thing about porridge is that it releases its energy slowly to keep you fully fuelled for longer! You can pack your porridge with your favourite ingredients to make every breakfast as different as it is delicious! We love our Energise blend in this because it saves you from having to mix together a million different toppings - you simply add a heaped tbsp of Energise (which adds a chocolatey, fruity, flavour) and you have a deliciously simple breakfast!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice!)
  • 1 heaped tbsp LoveRaw’s ‘Energise Food Booster’ powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Tiny pinch of salt

To Top (optional)

  • Chopped bananas
  • Blueberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Toasted buckwheat groats

Method

  • Heat the almond milk in a pan on the hob
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until creamy
  • Top with your favourite fruits
