This thick and delicious smoothie is definitely a portable source of fuel for your day. The subtle chocolatey flavour of our Energise blend is a heavenly pairing to the peanut butter in this mix, and the medjool dates make it feel like you’re having a cheeky treat while still being healthy! If you fancy a lighter, fresher drink, you can always try our Easy Green Smoothie instead (although we recommend trying both because they’re just so damn good).


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp broken vegan chocolate
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp LoveRaw’s ‘Energise Food Booster’ powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 medjool date (if you fancy some extra sweetness!)

Method

  • Simply blend together and pour into your favourite glass
  • Top with fresh berries and a sprinkling of chia seeds

Like porridge, granola is great at giving you a long lasting energy kick rather than a quick rush. Your day is a marathon, not a sprint - right? So what better way to fuel it than to add a scoop of our Energise blend to your granola to make sure you’re really ready to rock? It also adds a subtle chocolatey, fruity flavour that goes perfectly with the oats and sweet syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • ⅓ cup almonds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Energise Mix
  • 3 tbsp buckwheat groats

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180˚ and lightly grease a baking tray with melted coconut oil
  • In a large bowl simply mix all of the ingredients together ensuring the maple syrup has covered everything
  • Spread the mix evenly on the baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes
  • After the 15 minutes turn the oven temperature down to 150˚ and place back in the oven for 5 minute intervals. Mix the granola at each interval to ensure an even bake.
  • Bake in total for 45 minutes (it may need an extra 10 minutes depending on your oven to make it perfectly crunchy!)
  • Spread over your morning porridge, serve in a bowl with your choice of milk, or simply nibble as a snack!

The great thing about porridge is that it releases its energy slowly to keep you fully fuelled for longer! You can pack your porridge with your favourite ingredients to make every breakfast as different as it is delicious! We love our Energise blend in this because it saves you from having to mix together a million different toppings - you simply add a heaped tbsp of Energise (which adds a chocolatey, fruity, flavour) and you have a deliciously simple breakfast!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice!)
  • 1 heaped tbsp LoveRaw’s ‘Energise Food Booster’ powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Tiny pinch of salt

To Top (optional)

  • Chopped bananas
  • Blueberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Toasted buckwheat groats

Method

  • Heat the almond milk in a pan on the hob
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until creamy
  • Top with your favourite fruits
