SPICE UP YOUR LIFE with our Immunity Food Booster Powder and try this great Turmeric & Squash Soup, p

Ingredients: 
- 1 medium squash cut into cubes
- 1 medium white onion chopped
- Coconut oil
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1 can of coconut milk (save some for decoration at the end)
- 2 tsps of Immunity Food Booster
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Pumpkin seeds for decoration
- Black pepper for seasoning

What to do:

1. Heat coconut oil in a large pan & fry onion on a medium heat for 3 mins
2. Add garlic, Immunity, salt & stir
3. Add the squash, coconut milk & enough water to cover
4. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for 30 mins
5. Blend until smooth
7. Serve with a swirl of coconut milk, pumpkin seeds & black pepper!

This smoothie is packed with Vitamin C which is perfect to get your morning off to a refreshing start, and nothing is more refreshing than an ice-cold smoothie! Our Immunity blend adds even more of a vitamin boost too, so there’s no excuse for losing your get-up-and-go when everyone around you has the sniffles!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 cup of grated carrot
  • ½ cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup ice cold water
  • 1 level tbsp immune mix
  • ½ cup frozen banana (optional for sweetness)

Method

  • We find it best to grate the carrot before blending as you get a finer texture (that still tastes amazing!)
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender, remove, and run through a sieve (optional, if you want an extra-smooth smoothie!) then add 1/2 cup full of ice in with the mix and blend again.

  • Pour into your favourite glass and top with pomegranate seeds.

Golden Milk is gaining popularity with cult status and turmeric is here to stay. In fact, it’s a recipe that dates back centuries! The trick is to allow the flavours to infuse, so a good 10 minutes of stirring and blending is needed. Our Immunity blend helps to bring these flavours out too with its aromatic mixture including turmeric, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon. You’ll definitely be refilling your cup after tasting this one.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coconut milk (unsweetened almond milk also works)
  • 1 tsp LoveRaw’s ‘Immunity Food Booster’ powder
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Drop of maple syrup

Method

  • Heat the milk in a pan and add all the ingredients.
  • Allow to infuse for around 10 minutes. Give it a cheeky taste and add a dash more cinnamon if needs be.
  • Pour into your favourite large mug

Houmous is one of those superstar dips that goes well with everything, and we think it tastes especially great with our Immunity blend mixed in. The turmeric and hints of ginger add an aromatic edge that tastes as good as it makes you feel. At last, guilt-free snacking!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tin Chickpeas (200g Drained)
  • 1 heaped tbsp LoveRaw’s ‘Immunity Food Booster’ powder
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Fresh Lemon Squeezed
  • Pinch of Salt, Pepper & Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ Cup Water

Method

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor (add a dash more water if needed) until smooth.

  • Spread over a delicious slice of pita, or serve with crunchy veg or a buddha bowl!

Curries are a great way to bring intense flavours out of everyday ingredients, and they can be personalised and changed time and time again… so there’s no excuse to get tired of them! Our Immunity blend goes brilliantly with curries and other spicy dishes, as the turmeric, ginger, and cardamom create a rich base that you can use to build any spicy dish (no matter whether you’ve got a delicate palette or a fiery one!)

Ingredients

  • ½ butternut squash
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp LoveRaw’s ‘Immunity Food Booster’ powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ tin of light coconut milk (200g)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • ¼ cup of peas
  • 1 tsp coconut oil for frying
  • Pinch salt & pepper

Method

  • Chop the butternut squash into small chunks around 2-3cm and boil for 15-20 minutes until soft
  • In a small pan gently fry off the chopped red onion in coconut oil with the Immunity powder. This helps the onion really absorb the aromatic flavours of our Immunity blend!
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute
  • Add the coconut milk and stir together
  • Add the tomato puree and lemon juice and mix together
  • Drain the water from the squash and mix together. Allow to infuse for a further 15 minutes
  • Five minutes before serving add the peas and spinach and stir until wilted
  • Serve up with a little Coconut yogurt and freshly chopped herbs (we recommend coriander!)
