Perfect for those summer BBQ's!

Not only will you taste buds be tingling but your body will be repping the benefits from these anti-inflammatory ingredients!


  • 2 x tins of cooked chickpeas 
  • 1 x clove garlic
  • 2 x Tbs olive oil
  • 1 x Tbs tahini
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Immunity Blend
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Handful of Coriander


  1. Drain the cooked chickpeas

  2. Place 1/4 of the chickpeas in a small bowl and mix half a tsp of the immunity blend and a tsp on olive oil, coating the chickpeas.

  3. Roast the small bowl of chickpeas in the oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees

  4. Place the remainder of the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, Immunity blend and salt and pepper into a blender and blitz until it's a smooth consistency.

  5. Garnish the Immunity Hummus with the roasted chickpeas and chopped Coriander.
