Drain the cooked chickpeas
Place 1/4 of the chickpeas in a small bowl and mix half a tsp of the immunity blend and a tsp on olive oil, coating the chickpeas.
Roast the small bowl of chickpeas in the oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees
Place the remainder of the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, Immunity blend and salt and pepper into a blender and blitz until it's a smooth consistency.
Garnish the Immunity Hummus with the roasted chickpeas and chopped Coriander.
