Autumn Overnight Oats

Pumpkin spice and all things nice! We've whipped up two overnight oats recipes to welcome the change in seasons that we think you guys will LOVE!

Ingredients: 

Apple Pie: 

1/2 x cup oats 

1/2 an apple grated 

1 x cup plant milk of choice 

1/2 x tsp cinnamon 

1/2 x TBS maple syrup 

3 x chopped walnuts 

Pinch of salt 

Gingerbread: 

1/2 x cup oats 

1 x cup plant milk 

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 tsp ginger 

Dash of grated nutmeg 

Pinch of salt 

1/2 x TBP maple syrup 

 

Instructions: 

Simply add all of the ingredients for each flavour into two separate jars, close the lids and give each a good shake before refrigerating overnight. In the morning serve with coconut yoghurt, grated apple, extra cinnamon and maple syrup if you fancy plus any other toppings of choice.
