Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Minimal ingredients and decadently delicious...these vegan pancakes are the perfect lazy breakfast treat!

Ingredients: 

1 x ripe banana 

1 x cup oats 

1 x cup plant milk 

1 x tsp cinnamon 

1 x tsp apple cider vinegar 

1 x tsp baking powder 

1 x TBS flax seeds

1 x LoveRaw M:LK CHOC BAR chopped up into chips 

 

Instructions:

Chuck all of the above ingredients into your NutriBullet or blender and blend until smooth. Heat a skillet on a medium heat and add 1/2 tsp coconut oil to your pan. Using a ladle scoop your batter into the pan and let it cook, adding in a few M:LK CHOC BAR chips into each pancake. Flip the pancake once little air bubbles start to appear on the surface. Makes about 6 medium sized pancakes. Serve with your favourite toppings. We used peanut butter, maple syrup and extra chocolate, of course!
