Fudgy yet still light, these brownies require minimal ingredients and are an absolute winner!
200g vegan chocolate
1/2 cup oat flour
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 x LoveRaw Salted Caramel M:lk Choc Bar
In a bain-marie, melt the vegan chocolate. In a separate bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients and then pour in the melted chocolate. Once combined, spoon the mix into a baking paper lined oven dish and bake for 30 minutes on 180°C. As they come out of the oven, gently press pieces of the Salted Caramel M:lk Choc Bar on top of the warm brownie. Allow to cool before slicing and serving. Makes 6 large brownies.
