Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies

Celebrating the launch of our NEW Vegan Peanut Brownie Butter Cups with this PB vegan Brownie recipe!

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup coconut oil 

100g vegan dark chocolate 

1/2 cup coconut sugar 

3/4 cup oat flour 

1 tsp baking powder 

1 x chia egg (1 TBS ground chia seeds soaked in 3 TBS water for 5 mins) 

Splash of plant-milk

 

Instructions: 

In a pot on a low heat melt the coconut oil with the vegan chocolate, once fully melted, take off the heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a tin or mould and bake for about 25 minutes at 190°C. Let cool and voila! Your Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies are ready to serve!
