Peanut Butter Web Chocolate Coconut Cups

Spooky season is upon us, dudes! We're kicking off the season with these dangerously delicious cups!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup shredded coconut 

1x TBS coconut oil 

2 x TBS maple syrup

1 x TBS peanut butter

2 x melted Just Chocolate M:LK CHOC BARS  

Extra peanut butter for decoration

Instructions:

In a bowl mix together the shredded coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup and peanut butter. Using half of the melted M:lk Chocolate, line 4 x silicone cupcake moulds with chocolate, followed by the coconut mix equally distributed between the 4 moulds. Top each cup with the remaining chocolate. Then, for the spider web, pipe two circles of peanut butter onto each cup (one small inner circle, and one larger outer circle). Then using a toothpick, from the centre of the cup pull the toothpick to the edge and repeat all the way around to create that web-like pattern.
