Salted Caramel Blondies

Chewy, fudgy and gooey, these vegan blondies are the bomb!


2/3 cups almond butter

1/2 cup coconut sugar 

1 x TBS maple syrup 

1/3 cup plant milk 

3/4 cup oat flour 

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 x Salted Caramel M:ILK CHOC BARS chopped into chucks



Start by mixing together the almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup and plant milk. Once combined add the oat flour and baking soda following by the chocolate chunks. Pour the batter into a parchment paper lined baking tray and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 175°C until golden. Allow to cool before serving. Makes about 8 blondies depending on how big you slice them.
