Vegan Nutella Mousse Pots

Celebrating #WorldNutellaDay with these pots of absolute decadence & deliciousness!


1 x avocado 

2 x TBS hazelnut butter 

4 x juicy medjool dates 

1 x cup coconut milk 

1 x heaped TBS cacao powder 

Squeeze of lemon juice 

A generous pinch of salt 

2 x Hazelnut Butter Cups (decorative)


Remove the pits from the dates and then throw everything into the blender and scoop into small pots and refrigerate for a few hours. To serve top with our chopped up Hazelnut Butter Cups. Makes 4 x mini pots.
