Vegan Snicker Bites
These three-layered beauts are DELISH!
Ingredients:
For the base layer:
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 TBS coconut flour
1 x TBS melted coconut oil
2 x TBS maple syrup
For the caramel layer:
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
Top layer:
2 x Salted Caramel M:lk Choc Bars
Instructions:
Mix all of the base ingredients together and press into a mould. Then combine the caramel layer ingredients and pour over the base layer. Pop it into the freezer whilst you melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Once completely melted, pour chocolate over the caramel layer and freeze for about 2-3 hours or overnight. Before serving allow to thaw for about 15-20 minutes. Makes about 12 small bites.
