Sometimes you want a smoothie that will help you reap it’s health benefits, and sometimes you just want to drink something that tastes awesome. We find that it’s easier to just have both, in one! Our Skin Food blend gives you a boost of berry goodness whilst also keeping your smoothie tasting fresh, sweet, and with a hint of zing. We love chucking this blend in with simple mixtures for an effortlessly tasty health boost.


  • 1 cup frozen chopped banana and strawberry
  • ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 heaped tbsp LoveRaw’s ‘Skin-Food Food Booster’ powder
  • ½ tsp chia seeds (to sprinkle on top)


  • Using a blender, simply place all the ingredients in and give it a whiz!
  • If you have used fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to the blend to make it more refreshing
  • Pour into your favourite glass and take a big gulp of it!
