LoveRaw® is a multi award winning disruptive chocolate company, we make Vegan Chocolate that tastes like chocolate chocolate with no palm oil free and with nothing artificial.

Based in Altrincham (Manchester) we are an awesome team of 14. Our products include Vegan Chocolate Buttercups, Cre&m® Wafer Bars, M:lk® Choc Bars and working on many more exciting new lines. You will be joining at an extremely exciting time, LoveRaw® is experiencing rapid growth and you will be part of our growing team.

THE ROLE

The Brand Manager will report into the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for leading and executing LoveRaw’s brand and marketing strategy to drive awareness and accelerate the brand. A strategic thinking with a growth mindset, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns both online and offline as well as playing a key role in leading LoveRaw’s communication strategy and working closely with the marketing team to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute the brand plans and oversee the execution of LoveRaw’s marketing strategy
  • Conceptualise and develop integrated marketing campaigns, utilising the full marketing mix to drive cut through both online and offline with the aim to drive the brand forward and make LoveRaw memorable
  • Analyse and evaluate marketing and campaign activities, recommending and implementing solutions to drive marketing efficiencies and optimisation
  • Create and implement an annual marketing calendar to increase brand awareness and new customer acquisition
  • Lead LoveRaw’s communications strategy and act as brand guardian ensuring tone of voice is consistent across all touch points
  • Brief in house creatives and external agencies (where required) and co-ordinate media and creative execution within budget
  • Conduct regular research and monitor market trends & competitor activity

  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
  • Eager and dedicated, with a creative flair
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • FMCG industry experience is a bonus

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience working across various marketing channels within brand marketing
  • Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Comfortable creating reports and analysing marketing and campaign activities
  • An understanding of social media, PR and influencer marketing
  • An understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends

SALARY & PACKAGE

Competitive Salary (DOE)

28 holiday days per annum
