All our products are vegan, refined sugar free with nothing artificial. With an increasing number of people turning towards wellness and veganism this is a trend that is on the rise and set to stay around. We are experiencing rapid growth in retail with the likes of Waitrose, Wholefoods & Food Service and have many more exciting retailers in the pipeline.

 

You would be joining at a very exciting time this is an opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-growing new business. We are a looking an ambitious, organised and entrepreneurial candidate to join our team. You would be reporting to and working closely with the founder.

 

This role has massive potential and an opportunity to grow into the role and further expand the sales team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Sales Growth

  • Identify target growth opportunities within the FMCG sector to find and land new points of distribution nationally.
  • Grow the business via new listings
  • Create product presentations for store meetings.
  • Map out new contacts for Business Development.

 

Account Management

  • Manage new and existing retail accounts delivering excellent customer service.
  • Build rapport and establish good relationship with buyers with regular communication and meetings which include reviews of sales data and supporting data.
  • Collaborate with accounts to continue to grow the business
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) across all accounts.
  • Ensure products are given maximum exposure and ideal placement
  • Deliver brand education to stores and work with Field Sales to drive traffic in store.

  • Ability to multitask while remaining detail focused on each thing
  • You will be growing the commercial team, so some management experience would be great
  • Be good with numbers as calculating margins will become your second nature.

  • Previous FMCG experience would be a bonus

SALARY

Negotiable, dependent on experience
