Gooey Brownie Trifle

Layers on layers of joy. This vegan brownie trifle stacks fudgy brownie with cloud-light hazelnut cream and a shower of chopped LoveRaw Butter Cups. Minimal effort, maximum “oh wow”.

You’ll need (serves 6-8)

  • Brownie base: your favourite vegan brownie, baked the night before and fully cooled

  • 1 can (400ml) coconut cream, chilled overnight

  • 2-3 tbsp LoveRaw White Hazel Daze Spread (add more to taste)

  • LoveRaw Butter Cups for topping (Almond, Peanut or Pistachio), roughly chopped

Optional extras: a pinch of sea salt, shaved chocolate, toasted nuts.

Method

  1. Prep the brownie: Bake the brownie; cool completely. Cube or crumble into bite-size pieces.

  2. Whip the cream: Scoop the thick part of the chilled coconut cream into a bowl (leave watery liquid in the can). Add White Hazelnut Spread and whip until light and fluffy. Taste & add a touch more spread if you fancy.

  3. Layer it up: In a trifle dish or glasses, go brownie, cream, brownie, cream.

  4. Finish strong: Top with chopped Butter Cups. Grab a spoon and accept your fate.
