 By responding to our request with the hashtag #ShareTheLoveRaw! you agree to LoveRaw using any photos and/or video on LoveRaw’s social media channels.

Your photos and/or videos can be published on our social media pages and/or on our website. We will link your photo and/or video to your social media account.

 Competition T&C's 

Eligibility 

To participate in any LoveRaw competitions you must:

  • Be a permanent legal U.K. resident physically residing within the United Kingdom;
  • You must be at least 16 years old as of the date of entry;
  • You must agree to and comply with these T&Cs; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

How to enter 

To enter a prize draw you will need to: 

  • Enter between the start time and end time as set on the competition post
  • Complete all required steps explicitly stated on the competition post, within the entry period 
  • Your entry will automatically be submitted to LoveRaw upon completion.
  • Entry is always free (no purchase necessary). 

Winner Selection

  • All eligible entrants’ names will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random after the entry period.
  • Within 7 days following the end of the entry period, the winner will be chosen. LoveRaw’s decision is final.
  • The winner will be tagged in an official LoveRaw post on the platform where they entered (e.g., Instagram) and asked to contact LoveRaw via direct message to claim the prize. LoveRaw will not initiate contact by direct message, ask for payment, or request you to input information via external links or forms.
  • If tagging/mentioning the winner is not possible (e.g., privacy settings, account issues), LoveRaw reserves the right to use an alternate reasonable method of notification.
  • The winner must contact LoveRaw and claim the prize within 5 working days of the tag/notification.
  • If the prize is unclaimed after this time, LoveRaw reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.
  • If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize (or any part of it), LoveRaw may request written confirmation and may retain or dispose of the prize at its discretion.
  • The game is organized for UK residents only.
  • The closing date/time for entries is as stated on the promotional post.

Prize

  • The winner will be selected in accordance with these T&Cs to receive the prize(s) as set forth on the applicable entry on the competition post.
  • All details regarding redemption of the prize(s) are at LoveRaw’s sole discretion and will be provided at the time of notification.
  • In no event shall LoveRaw be obligated to award any prizes other than the prizes specified in the competition post. 
  • The prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions (including, without limitation, for cash) are permitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
  • The prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation.
  • The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. 
  • LoveRaw reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
  • If the winner is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize for any reason LoveRaw shall have no further obligation to the winner.

Your Info 

  • By entering this competition you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your Instagram handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the competition.
  • If you are selected as a winner, we will tag your Instagram handle in an official LoveRaw post and ask you to contact us by DM to claim the prize. We will not publish your full name unless required by law or you consent.
  • LoveRaw is bound by the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 and will use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://loveraw.com/pages/privacy-policy) including where necessary, to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
