Please note: Your hospitality lounge does not include reserved seating. The Carlsberg Dugout is a busy lounge and can be full at peak times, lounge seating and table access is not guaranteed.

1. General Information

1.1. **Promoter**: This giveaway is promoted by LoveRaw.

1.2. **Prize**: x2 hospitality tickets for the Taylor Swift concert at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool on Saturday, 15th June and a bundle of LoveRaw choc.

1.3. **Eligibility**: The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are physically residing within the UK and are at least 18 years of age. Both the entrant and the other ticket recipient must meet these criteria.

1.4. **Entry Period**: The giveaway entry period starts on Saturday, 1st June and ends at 23:59 GMT on Wednesday, 5th June.

1.5. **How to Enter**: To enter, participants must:

   - Follow LoveRaw on Instagram (@loveraw), Facebook or TikTok.

   - Comment on the giveaway post, tagging who they would like to bring with them. Participants can comment an unlimited number of times.

   - For an additional entry, participants can share the giveaway post and tag @loveraw.

By entering, participants confirm they are available to attend the concert on Saturday, 15th June.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1. **No Purchase Necessary**: No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

2.2. **Multiple Entries**: Participants can comment an unlimited number of times for multiple entries. Each comment must tag a different person.

2.3. **Story Share**: Sharing the giveaway post to an Instagram story and tagging @loveraw will count as an additional entry.

2.4. **Comment Content**: Comments must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed unsuitable.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

3.1. **Selection**: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

3.2. **Notification**: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram on Thursday, 6th June.

3.3. **Claiming the Prize**: The winner must respond to the notification message within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, another winner will be selected.

4. Prize Details

4.1. **Hospitality Package Includes**:

- Gold Package at The Carlsberg Dugout – Anfield Road Lounge Side View.

- Access to the hospitality lounge from 16:00.

- Present tickets at the Main Stand Hospitality Reception, Level 2.

- Lounge located on Level 4, enter via the Carlsberg Dugout - Anfield Road lounge doors.

- Pre-show access to the lounge.

- Reserved seat in the Main Stand with a side view.

- Drink on arrival (beer, house wine, soft drink).

- Selection of hot and cold food.

- Pay bar available (card payment only).

- Relax in the lounge for one hour after the concert.

4.2. **Travel and Accommodation**: The winner is responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

4.3. **Non-transferable**: The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given to another person. The tickets are only valid for the winner and the guest who is 18+ and whose name has been provided to Rimi Thapar (rimi@loveraw.com).

4.4. **Identification**: The winner must present a valid ID matching the email address provided to Rimi Thapar to claim the tickets.

5. Liability

5.1. **Venue Issues**: LoveRaw is not liable for any issues that arise with the tickets at the venue.

5.2. **Force Majeure**: The promoter is not responsible for any events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disturbance, or any other events that may cause the giveaway or concert to be disrupted or cancelled.

6. Privacy

6.1. **Data Use**: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

6.2. **Winner's Name**: The winner’s name may be published on LoveRaw’s social media channels.
