Chocolate And Hazelnut Loaf By @freyacox
As Easter approaches, we want to share some Easter bake inspiration with an indulgent recipe. Get ready to enjoy a Nutty Choc Ball themed fresh loaf - could it get any better?!

Ingredients
For the loaf:
- 225ml plant milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar/lemon juice
- 200g plain flour
- 35g cocoa powder
- 110g caster sugar (white sugar)
- 100g soft light brown sugar
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1tablespoon of coffee powder
- 1/2tsp salt
- 90ml vegetable oil
- 100g chopped roasted hazelnuts
For the topping:
- Chocolate hazelnut spread
- LoveRaw Nutty Choc Balls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180c fan, line a 1lb loaf tin with parchment paper
- Add the milk and vinegar/lemon juice to a mixing bowl. Once curdled add in the rest of the ingredients (not including the hazelnuts) and whisk with a balloon whisk until smooth
- Fold in the hazelnuts, pour the batter into your tin. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool on a wire rack until completely cool, removing from the tin when cool enough to do so
