Melt-in-Your-Mouth Easter Truffles
These aren't your average Easter chocolates. These are the kind of truffles that demand a spot in your fridge because they are so rich and velvety, they’d practically vanish at room temperature. The second they hit your tongue, the combination of zesty citrus and our signature LoveRaw spreads creates a "melt-in-your-mouth" moment that will have you reaching for these babies again (and again).
You’ll Need (Makes approximately 20 truffles)
For the Dark Side (Dark Mixture):

1/2 jar LoveRaw 'Choco Love' Spread

1 tsp Freshly grated orange zest

2 tbsp Fresh orange juice

3 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)

A pinch of cinnamon
For the Light Side (White Mixture):

1 tsp Freshly grated lemon zest
-
1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice

3 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
The Method

In two separate bowls, combine the ingredients for the Dark and White mixtures. Stir vigorously until the texture is smooth and glossy.

Pro Tip: For a professional, ultra-silky finish, use a hand blender to emulsify the citrus juice and coconut oil into the chocolate spread.

Transfer each mixture into its own piping bag. Grab a silicone chocolate mold and start by piping a base layer of the White Mixture. Follow it up with a heart of the Dark Mixture, and finish it off with a final layer of White.

Patience is the hardest part. Place your mold in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours. They need to be completely firm to pop out of the mold without losing their shape.

Once set, pop them out of the mold and store them in a container in the refrigerator. Serve them straight from the cold for that iconic "melt" factor.
