Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sundae

Sundae Components

Vegan salted caramel or vanilla ice cream

1 x LoveRaw Salted Caramel Cre&m Wafer Bar 

Vegan salted caramel (see below)

Crushed Biscoff Biscuit to decorate 

For the Salted Caramel Sauce

1/4 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup coconut sugar 

Generous pinch of salt

1 x tsp arrowroot powder


1. Prepare the salted caramel by simmering the coconut cream, sugar, and arrowroot powder. Simmer on a medium to high heat for about 8-10 minutes until slightly thickened. Allow to cool down to room temperature.

2. Drizzle the cooled caramel along the rim of a glass/jar.

3. Add as many scoops of ice-cream as you fancy to the jar.

4. Followed by a generous drizzle of caramel, crushed Biscoff biscuits and last, but least, a Salted Caramel Cre&m Wafer Bar.
