Biscuit Sundae Components
Vegan salted caramel or vanilla ice cream
Vegan salted caramel (see below)
Crushed Biscuit to decorate
For the Salted Caramel Sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- Generous pinch of salt
- 1 x tsp arrowroot powder
- Prepare the salted caramel by simmering the coconut cream, sugar, and arrowroot powder. Simmer on a medium to high heat for about 8-10 minutes until slightly thickened. Allow to cool down to room temperature.
- Drizzle the cooled caramel along the rim of a glass/jar.
- Add as many scoops of ice-cream as you fancy to the jar.
- Followed by a generous drizzle of caramel, crushed biscuits and last, but least, a Salted Caramel Cre&m Wafer Bar to make your vegan sundae complete.
