We've taken everyones childhood favourite, The Rice Krispie Bar and levelled it up. Think of it as the more mature version with extra ingredients and lots of flavour. we certainly haven't compromised on this bake. 

For the Base:

2 x cups chocolate rice crispies

100g vegan white chocolate 

1/4 cup runny peanut butter 


For the Topping:

1/4 cup runny peanut butter

2 x TBSP vegan Nutella

Chopped up White Choc Wafer Bars



1. In a bain-marie, melt the vegan chocolate and then pour in the peanut butter and combine.

2. Fill a square dish with the rice crispies and pour over the white chocolate mix stirring everything to ensure that all of the crispies are evenly coated. Refrigerate. 

3. For the topping, mix together the peanut butter and vegan Nutella in a bowl.

4. Once the base is reasonably firm, remove from the fridge and cover with the topping, followed by the chopped up White Wafer Bars.

5. Refrigerate until firm and then slice into squares. Makes 6 large squares.
