COMPETITION T&C'S

- Prize: 1 years supply of LoveRaw choc, this will be sent out to the winner on a monthly basis.

- End date: Midnight on 25th June

- All entrants must live in Australia and follow our LoveRaw Instagram win to enter

- The winner will be chosen and contacted within 1 week of the competition closing via Instagram.

Eligibility

To participate in any LoveRaw competitions you must:

- Be a permanent legal U.K. resident physically residing within the United Kingdom;

- You must be at least 16 years old as of the date of entry;

- You must agree to and comply with these T&Cs; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

How to enter

To enter a prize draw you will need to:

- Enter between the start time and end time as set on the competition post

- Complete all required steps explicitly stated on the competition post, within the entry period

- Your entry will automatically be submitted to LoveRaw upon completion.

- Entry is always free (no purchase necessary).

Winner Selection

- All eligible entrants’ names will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random after the entry period.

- Within 7 days following the end of an entry period, the winner for the prize will be chosen, LoveRaw’s decision as to the winner is final.

- LoveRaw reserves the right to determine an alternate method of notification shall it be required.

- The winner must claim the applicable prize within 5 working days after the prize notification.If the prize(s) is unclaimed after the time specified, LoveRaw reserves the right to offer the prize(s) to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.

- If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at our own discretion.

Prize

- The winner will be selected in accordance with these T&Cs to receive the prize(s) as set forth on the applicable entry on the competition post.

- All details regarding redemption of the prize(s) are at LoveRaw’s sole discretion and will be provided at the time of notification.

- In no event shall LoveRaw be obligated to award any prizes other than the prizes specified in the competition post.

- The prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions (including, without limitation, for cash) are permitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.

- The prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation.

- The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

- LoveRaw reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.

- If the winner is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize for any reason LoveRaw shall have no further obligation to the winner.

- By entering this competition you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your Instagram handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the competition.

- LoveRaw is bound by the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 and will use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://loveraw.com/pages/privacy-policy) including where necessary, to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area.

- Where you are the winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this competition.

- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 do not use or provide any information about yourself including without limitation your name, address, email address or screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
