LoveRaw® is a multi award winning disruptive chocolate company, we make great tasting plant-based chocolate free from palm oil and artificial ingredients.

Based in Altrincham (Manchester) we are a team of 10. Our products include Cre&m® Wafer Bars, Peanut Butter Cups, Nutty Choc Balls, Peanut Caramel Bar with many more products in the pipeline! You will be joining at an extremely exciting time as LoveRaw® is experiencing rapid growth.


THE ROLE
You will report to the Founder and will be responsible for managing and executing LoveRaw’s social media strategy to drive awareness and accelerate LoveRaw’s digital presence. A creative, strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for social media and keeping on top of trends. You will be responsible for storytelling and driving community growth across key audiences to grow our customer base and brand with consumers and influencers alike

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute LoveRaw’s social strategy, driving awareness and community growth across all channels
Oversee the production of LoveRaw’s social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Create thumb-stopping content to elevate and grow LoveRaw’s digital presence
Develop and execute new initiatives to grow LoveRaw’s social reach
Be current and stay up to date with latest industry trends and developments, executing best practice across all channels
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content for new product releases, campaigns and brand events
Work alongside Brand Manager to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity
Responsible for managing LoveRaw’s influencer programme, identifying and recruiting new on-brand content creators, both paid and gifted
Support Brand Manager with the LoveRaw Ambassador programme and monthly challenge execution
Assist with other marketing initiatives as required from the marketing team
Work on creating content for international listings

REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience in social media, content creation for a brand
A deep understanding of organic and paid social media platforms - TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in FMCG is a bonus
