White Chocolate Caramelised Biscuit Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 50g oats
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 1tsp caramelised biscuit spread
- 1tsp chia seeds
- Chopped Caramelised Biscuit Cre&m® Wafer
- 200ml almond milk
Yoghurt Mixture:
- 50g vegan yoghurt mixed with 1tsp caramelised biscuit spread
Toppings:
- 1/2 sliced banana
- chocolate cereal
- 1/2 wafer bar - the other half crumbled
- a sprinkle of crushed biscuit
Instructions:
1. Mix together your first 6 ingredients until fully combined. Set aside until thickened slightly.
2. Layer in a jar with your yoghurt mixture, banana and cereal.
3. Top with the rest of the yoghurt mixture, wafer bar and biscuit.
4. Set in the fridge overnight to thicken.
5. Enjoy!
