It doesn't get much better than this. A buttery biscuit base, topped with a silky smooth, vegan cheesecake layer and finished off with everyones favourite, BOTH flavours of the Choc Cre&m Wafer Bars.
For the Cheesecake Base:
100g crushed Oreos
3 x tbsp Vegan Butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
200g vegan Cream Cheese
1/2 cup vegan Nutella
2 x tbsp Icing Sugar
For the Cheesecake Topping:
1 x White Choc Cre&m Wafer Bar
1 x M:lk Choc Cre&m Wafer Bar
Instructions for the Cheesecake Base:
In a bowl, mix the crushed oreos with the vegan butter and stir until combined
Line an oven proof dish and spread out evenly
Instructions for the Cheesecake Filling:
In a separate bowl, mix 200g vegan cream cheese with 1/2 cup vegan Nutella, stir until combined.
Add 2 x tbsp icing sugar and stir into the chocolate, cream cheese mixture.
Pour the mix over the Oreo batter and smooth out evenly
Add 1 White Choc Cre&m Wafer and 1 M:lk Choc Cre&m Wafer bar onto the cheesecake mix and refrigerate overnight.
Serve straight from fridge and enjoy!
