Peanut Butter Pancakes

300g self raising flour 
1tsp baking powder
400ml plant milk
Oil for frying

Optional Toppings: 
Vegan Whipped Cream 
Chocolate Sauce 
Peanut Butter 
Peanut Butter Cups


1. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and plant milk in a bowl until smooth and thick .
2. Fry in oil over a medium-low heat. Cook for about 2 mins each side.
3. Stack and serve with cream, chocolate sauce, peanut butter and our Peanut Butter Cups.
