Vegan Salted Peanut Crispies

Crunchy, chewy and ready in less than 10 minutes...add this stack of dreams to your baking bucket list ASAP!

Ingredients: 

1 x cup puffed spelt (you can also use puffed rice or quinoa)

1/4 cup peanut butter 

2 x TBS maple syrup 

Generous dash of salt 

40g of melted vegan chocolate 

1 x LoveRaw Butter Cup 

 

Instructions: 

In a bowl mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup and salt and then add in the puffed spelt and stir everything until combined. Press mixture into silicone mould and top with a layer of melted chocolate and chopped up Butter Cup. Refrigerate until solid and then slice into square servings. Makes 4 medium sized squares.
